The effect of hypersonic wave sound for EEG

ABSTRACT
High-frequency is sound produced in non-audible area, which couldn`t be heard in daily life. The frequency range above 22Khz is called ``high-frequency`` and its components are called ``HFC (High-Frequency Components)``. It is known that ocean wave sound is rich in HFC, because it brings serenity and causes α-waves in human mind. When this natural sound is combined with high-frequency, it seems to give a pleasurable feeling, indicated by an α -wave increase and a β-wave decrease. We call this phenomena "the hypersonic effects". In this experiment, subjects listened to the ocean wave sound simultaneously with corresponding frequencies similar to ocean wave frequency components created artificially in a electric circuit. Brain waves were measured by an EEG system with 8 channels using 8 electrodes on Fp1, Fp2, F3, F4, T3, T4, O1, and O2. The results showed that α-wave increase and β-wave decrease were statistically significant while subjects were listening to the ocean wave sound along with the high frequency components, reflecting the hypersonic effect.

The feature of scanning path algorithm shown at natural visual search activities of space user

ABSTRACT
This study has analyzed the scanning path algorithm shown at the process of exploring spatial information through an observation experiment with the object of lobby in subway station. In the estimation of observation time by section, the frequency of scanning type was found to increase as the observation time got longer, which makes it possible that the longer the observation lasts the more the observation interruptions occur. In addition, the observation slipped out of the range of imaging when any fatigue was caused from the observation or the more active exploration took place. Furthermore, when the trend line was employed for the examination of the changes to the scanning type by time section, “concentration” “diagonal or vertical” showed a sharp and a gentle increases along with the increase of time section respectively, while ‘circulation. combination, horizontal“ showed a reduction. The observation data of the subjects observing a space include various visual information. The analysis of the scanning type found at ”attention concentration“ enabled to draw this significant conclusion. The features of increase and decrease of scanning types can be a fundamental data for understanding the scanning tendency by time. Sensibility According to Blouse Type and Their Best-fit Color Tone

ABSTRACT
Sensibilities to the clothing components such as style and color tone of fashion product are considered important to the consumers in fashion industry today. So the combinational study of clothing sensibility and proper end-use style are needed to improve the product refinements in developing process through scientific research method. The purpose of this study is to measure the sensibilities of the blouse type as a clothing component for it is a representative garment of women and to look for the best matching color tone according to blouse type. We surveyed the questionnaire to two hundred college students and found that there was a meaningful relational consistency between blouse type and color tone. Blouses have been told the best if they are of Bright color tone. They preferred Shirt blouse type and Bright color tone best of all. They are fond of Vivid color tone but they think Vivid tone is not so proper to the blouses. Each blouse has 1~2 best-fit color tones, and color sensibility affect the harmony of blouse style and color tone. The sensibilities of blouse type and color tone are deeply correlated each other regardless of subject`s major or gender except a few cases.
